NOTE: This mansion and the adjacent carriage house or cottage incorporate both stone from Red Rock Canyon and the similar Peachblow Sandstone from Eagle County into a brick building.

MILHEIM HOUSE

- Originally constructed at 1355 Pennsylvania Street, the 583 ton house was moved to its present location around 1989

Built for: John Milheim  (ran Denver’s first bakery, later a realtor & developer)
