Getting to
Red Rock Canyon
Red Rock Canyon is a geologic extension of the Garden of the Gods south of U. S. Highway 24.
The main entrance to Red Rock Canyon is reached from U.S. 24 by turning south at Ridge Road which is between the 31st Street traffic light and the Manitou Springs exit.
The 31st Street trailhead is located on 31st Street approximately one block south of U.S. 24 and offers parking for horse trailers.
The Section 16 Trailhead is located on Gold Camp Road about ¾ mile south of the intersection of 26th Street and Gold Camp Road.
The Intemann Trial and the Palmer Red Rock Loop Trail provide trail connections into Red Rock Canyon Open Space.
